As a Clinical Team Manager (CTM) you will be responsible for:
- Managing, developing, supporting and coaching of DOCS contract staff employees to ensure they meet their objectives and are happy with their career at DOCS;
- Attracting, retaining, redeploying and motivating of DOCS contract staff employees and contributing to the fulfillment of clients new and existing staffing needs;
- Liaison between DOCS contract staff, clients and other DOCS colleagues, sharing your contact information and contributing to the growth of the Clinical and Medical business;
- Building strong and lasting relationships with DOCS contract staff employees and client contacts;
- Supporting DOCS contract staff employees in a range of clinical roles and of varying experience i.e. from entry level to highly experienced and competent employees.

Requirements:
- Thorough knowledge of the conduct of clinical research trials;
- A passion for working with people in order to unleash their full potential for their current role and to develop their careers;
- Proven track record of successful people management including experience of conducting performance appraisals, identifying training needs, agreeing SMART objectives and personal development plans;
- Being confident in client facing as well as commercial and negotiation activities;
- Ability to anticipate and avert potential conflict situations;
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, especially the ability to listen, manage expectations and understand the perception of others;
- Well organized
- Fluent German and English skills, spoken and written.
